Teleport to GerriAuction reminders, release announcements, and rental notices go to the Gerri group first. In Second Life, open Search → Groups and look for “Gerri”.
Gerri (owner), the auctioneers, and the market managers are around the market daily — staff are easiest to catch just before and after auctions.
Staff are in-world daily around auction times — 8AM, 11AM, 3PM, and 8PM SLT. Outside those hours, drop a notecard at the rental office and we’ll get back to you.
